One Blazer Two Ways

 

 

Layering is the key to feeling and looking great this fall, and there is no easier way to layer than with a flawlessly fitted blazer. As the weather begins to transition from warm to cool, very few pieces in our wardrobes compare to an exceptional blazer that is so wearable and fashionable all at the same time.  A blazer that is styled specifically to your body type can hide flaws, accentuate your good features, and suit its purpose of keeping you comfortable on cooler days as well as perfectly appropriate for any occasion.

These burgundy booties are quickly becoming my favorite go-to shoe this fall. This color is a key tone this season and I love wearing these little pieces of fabulous footwear with everything. These booties are by Jessica Simpson, find similar styles HERE, HERE and HERE.

If you took a peek inside my shoe closet you would definitely see that I am a Vince Camuto boot junkie. When it comes to genuine leather boots and shoes, I personally haven't found a brand I like better than this one. Most of their shoes fall in the $150 - $400 price range, and for a first-rate pair of boots that have lasted me 3 years now, I think that's a fantastic deal. Find similar styles HERE and HERE. Fashion Flashback: What I Wore in Vegas Day Two

Believe it our not, this trip I managed to pack both Travis and I in two carry-ons. A small victory for a fashion lover and product junkie like me. The biggest challenge was the liquid products since the airport only allows a 1 quart sized plastic bag per traveler. I never realized how many products I used until I started packing them...But somehow, I did it!

 

Anyway, since I was so limited on luggage space I packed one pair of shoes for the daytime, (my beloved, and surprisingly comfortable Michael Kors) and one handbag (my LV Speedy) that was comfy enough to carry around during the day, but large enough to cram in just about anything I thought I might need during our stay. So, just FYI, you will probably see these two items in just about every daytime attire picture.
